Welcome To Court Jester Saloon & Eatery
With two locations in historic Monmouth County, New Jersey -- one in Freehold, and the other in Aberdeen, the Court Jester restaurant family originated in 1977 with the purchase of the then 100 year old iconic Stewart Brown building located in downtown Freehold Borough. The restaurant that was envisioned was to be modeled after the increasingly popular casual dining, family and friends-oriented eatery. Desired details were a European style pub atmosphere with interesting antiques, nick nacks, and books for the décor. Since that beginning, the adherence to our tenets of providing value, quality, and variety to our customers has been the "Jester's" constant goal.
Years later, having become a standout and successful community business, the restaurant partners decided that it was time to expand, and open a second location. It was in 1995, that the Court Jester "Aberdeen" was built and began to serve the northern Monmouth County community with the same success proven qualities of the original restaurant.
